The 143,000 square foot center will have many distinctive services to help clients to change their lives, including: certified professionals; comprehensive businesses and spas; sports; professional fitness; and family recreation facilities.
The company’s approach is to work holistically with customers to integrate their personal lifestyle choices and fitness interests.
In addition to 24-hour access to more than 400 pieces of state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance training equipment, Life Time will offer multiple group exercise, Pilates, LifePower Yoga and cycle studios. Life Time’s team of certified trainers, nutrition coaches and fitness instructors help members establish and meet personalized goals.
Life Time also will feature large indoor and outdoor aquatics centres complete with two-storey outdoor waterslides, zero-depth entry recreation pools, lap pools and children’s interactive play areas, two whirlpools and an outdoor bistro.
“We’re excited to bring our unique, family oriented destination to the community,” said Jeff Zwiefel, executive vice president, Operations. “In stark contrast to the typical club or gym, which generally is no more than a room of equipment, Life Time connects members with the areas that interest them most, while introducing them to new lifestyle choices.”
A preview centre is now open at 3105 Unity Drive, Unit #22 (telephone: 905-363-0200), offering consumers information and special membership opportunities.
