Taste of Clarkson is back again, bringing a fabulous winter menu to the Village!
Solstice, Michael’s Back Door, Tu Casa and Clarkson Mediterranean Bistro will be offering special three-course lunch ($17.95) and dinner ($29.95) menus from now until February 9.
Indulge in butternut squash agnolloti with a delightful mascarpone cream sauce at Solstice. Or, try their truffle-scented polenta fries during dinner, served with red pepper and tomato coulis and shaved grana padano cheese.
At Michael’s Back Door, check out their creamy risotto primavera with baby spinach for lunch, or pan-seared veal scaloppini in a light Pernod cream with fresh asparagus.
Try Tu Casa‘s wild boar Bolognese served over pappardelle. For a fresh dinner appetizer, try their honeydew salad with artisan greens, honeydew melon, goat cheese, pistachios and a white balsamic vinaigrette.
Clarkson Mediterranean Bistro offers a scrumptious stuffed pork tenderloin for lunch topped with lemon caper cream sauce and served with roasted potatoes and grilled vegetables. For dinner, try the lobster ravioli with shrimp in a creamy Gorgonzola sauce.
